Hi-Shine 96oz Refill for Hi-Shine Spray Bottle.

Hi-Shine makes latex balloons shine! This spray gives balloons a long-lasting shine effect. The spray can be applied to the balloons without gloves, and no wiping is necessary.  Not suitable for foil balloons. Safe and non-toxic. Combine Hi-Float and Hi-Shine for longer flight time and a radiant appearance. Application: If you are using Hi-Float or a similar product, apply Hi-Shine at least 1 hour after inflating the balloon with helium. Applying Hi-Shine immediately after Hi-Float may shorten the float time of the balloon. Allow Hi-Float to dry thoroughly beforehand.
